9月28日，環境建設公司組織開展檔案安全突發事件應急演練，公司檔案安全突發事件應急處置領導小組成員參加演練活動。

此次演練模擬火災、地震等突發事件發生后，公司檔案安全突發事件應急處置領導小組Ⅰ級、Ⅱ級響應工作。演練期間，各部門檔案管理人員均按應急預案有序完成現場處置、報告救援、緊急疏散、檔案搶救轉移、保護現場等步驟，圓滿完成演練任務。

此次應急演練，檢驗了公司檔案安全工作突發事件應急預案的有效性，對進一步完善公司檔案管理體系、提高檔案管理人員突發事件應對處置能力具有重要意義。
